There are a variety of housing options for our international students, both on-campus and within the community. International students living in Windsor or Chatham-Kent Ontario should be prepared to spend approximately $12,000-$15,000 per year for rent. Other living expenses such as utilities, wifi and groceries may be an additional expense to a student.

Bundled Accommodations
St. Clair College has partnered with our community to provide accommodations for International Students. By “Bundling” accommodations at these properties, first-semester residence fees are included in tuition fees for certain programs. All international students enrolled in these programs are expected to stay at the accommodations for their first semester of study. To determine if your program is bundled with accommodations please review your Letter of Acceptance or view the bundled programs at the links below.
