St. Clair College Students
St. Clair College students can obtain job search assistance and resources through our Career Centre with locations at our Windsor and Chatham campuses. Currently, services are provided virtually offering resume and job interview help and assisting students explore job search techniques. Virtual employer events and class presentations/student workshops are hosted throughout the academic year.

Riipen for Students
As part of our commitment to providing our students with quality experiential learning opportunities, we are excited to partner with Riipen, the leading experiential learning platform and marketplace for project-based learning. A Riipen project or remote internship is a challenge or opportunity that an organization wants to explore that educators can embed into their course or provide students as a remote internship opportunity. Students then work on the project to provide valuable insights, recommendations and deliverables to the employer.
Alumni and the Community
Alumni and the general public can access Employment Ontario programs and services at our St. Clair College Employment Centres in Amherstburg, Wallaceburg and Windsor. We provide one-on-one assistance to connect job seekers with employment and training opportunities to help find and keep a job.

Counsellors assist prospective post-secondary students to explore program options and develop an academic pathway.

To continue to maintain and establish strong industry connections in line with the College’s Strategic Directions, St. Clair College has an Industry Liaison office. Through this office, the College has coordinated its approach to outreach by offering a single point of contact for industry/employers interested in recruiting students and graduates.

Employment Ontario Programs and Services
Our St. Clair College Employment Centre locations in Windsor, Amherstburg and Wallaceburg offer Employment Ontario programs and services to assist employers with hiring and training. In addition to helping match applicants with job opportunities, we can provide funding to eligible employers to offset the costs of new hires, and for training existing staff.
Knowledge is our business! Corporate and Professional Training extends our programs and training services to business and industry. Programs are designed to fit specific needs.

As a business, non-profit, or community organization in our network, we are happy to offer you free access to Riipen - the world’s leading virtual project-based learning platform. Companies use Riipen to more easily access educators and learner talent to work on a business challenge or look into growth opportunities through courses and internships. Project-based learning is advantageous experiential learning for students and generates fresh ideas for companies as well as accessing and assessing talent.
