In this course, students will be introduced to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Students will learn about the vast amount of customer data that is available to marketers and how to use that data to make optimal marketing decisions. Students will review and analyze loyalty programs, databases, and CRM tools to create strategic marketing campaigns that are directed at the organization's most valuable customers. Students will also learn how to leverage data and artificial intelligence to create relevant and personalized experiences to help acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
