This course introduces the student to the four (4) P's of Marketing - Product Price Place and Promotion. This course also focuses on critical issues that shape contemporary marketing practice - relationship marketing social responsibility marketing total quality management the impact of technology on marketing database and direct marketing internet and event marketing and sponsorships.
