In this competency based course, students build upon previously acquired skills, increasing their efficiency and adding new procedures and understanding in the following clinical areas:, Anesthetic Systems and Procedures, Administration of Medications, General Medical Skills, Surgical Theatre and Radiography. Animal care assignments include weekend assignments and other duties outside of regularly scheduled hours. Professional work habits are also evaluated. Approximately six days of cooperative work experience are included in this course
