The Human Resource Planning course will explain how to link the human resources function to the organization's mission goals objectives and strategies. In this course students will study the process of determining human capital requirements and the need to formulate goals objectives and strategies which elevate human resource practices to the business plan for today's organization. Students will learn to think strategically and anticipate future human resource requirements to develop plans and strategies to meet them. This course will help students to develop and analyze alternative human resource strategies and critically assess their relationship to the operational and strategic plans of the organization.
