Construction Quality Assurance And Control

This course supports students in gaining an understanding of the quality assurance and control processes used to meet project specifications and quality standards. Students will learn to establish monitoring programs, oversee quality assurance and control processes, and monitor health and safety practices. Emphasis is placed on the control of project records such as equipment and material inventories, time sheets, testing reports, and deficiency lists.
