Construction Planning And Scheduling

This course covers the planning of a construction project to ensure timeline, budget and project scope can be met., Students will start by learning to assess the feasibility of a construction project. Learning activities will focus on the appraisal of a project's goals, construction methods, including the consideration of alternative green strategies, site conditions, labour, and finances. This course provides the foundational knowledge in project start-up as a prerequisite to Construction Planning and Scheduling II.
