This course provides an overview of the construction industry and the trends driving change within it. Students will study the project life cycle from concept to closeout, including its key elements, project personnel, and the standards and procedures relevant to the construction process. Students will gain an understanding of the role of professional organizations and examine opportunities to engage in continuous professional learning.
