This course is designed to reinforce the study and application of the Principles of Classical Animation at an intermediate level. Emphasis is on character animation requiring believable acting with visual appeal and personality. Components of the course include timing, weight, successive breaking of joints, anticipation, overshoot, settle, overlapping action, follow through, holds, application of character design, eases and cushions and caricature of actions., An introduction to the basic tools and applications of the 2D Software will be taught in the computer lab.
