This course is designed to develop the skills required to collect and analyze consumer information, and to report results in an actionable manner. Class activities will help the student develop an understanding of the importance of consumer research to the development of effective advertising and marketing communications strategies. Students will explore the research tools and techniques needed to execute various marketing research projects through developing and executing a research study for a local business.
