In this introductory copy writing course, students will gain valuable insight into how creative and impactful print campaigns are produced, learn how to identify and interpret the key components of a creative strategy/brief and gain confidence in their ability to bring great ideas from concept to execution. They will also learn how ad agencies function, the creative's role within the agency culture, and the dynamics among various positions. Students will also gain a solid understanding of the various print media that make up 'print advertising' and how writing for the different media varies.
