Certification Matters!

The HealthPlex employs only the highest qualified trainers that must possess a current Personal Training Certification. Trainers at the HealthPlex have obtained a variety of certifications through some of the most respected organizations in the fitness industry such as the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, the Health and Fitness Federation of Canada and the Ontario Fitness Council.

Professionally qualified training staff ensures the success of HealthPlex members in reaching their goals. Trainers can provide a wide range of services to facilitate a member's success.

When you train with me, you can expect: A realistic progression. Fitness is a lifelong commitment and is vital in having the energy, stamina, and well-being to pursue our passions and enjoy life to the fullest. I believe to have a healthy mind, you need a healthy body and vice versa. As such, many aspects can affect your fitness level and goals. With some consistency, discipline, and maybe a little guidance, you can accomplish great things. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect effort and honesty. Together we can climb mountains.
