In the course, students will learn how to identify, attract, select, orientate, develop and engage internal and external stakeholders., Facilitation skills, planning and leading effective meetings, consensus building and collaboration, risk and issue identification strategies, formal and informal communication plans will also be discussed. Students will develop a comprehensive understanding of various communication tools and technologies used by project managers in Canada, including those for remote interaction. Concepts related to corporate social responsibility, particularly within a Canadian context, will also be discussed.
