This course addresses the importance of maximizing the commercial and strategic value of a portfolio of projects. Students will engage with case studies from Canadian industry to identify core components of a portfolio along with essential project screening and selection models utilized to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives. Working in a simulated workplace environment students will engage in project selection by applying a project prioritization model.
