Project Management Essentials

This course provides an overview of the ten (PMI) Project Management knowledge areas of project scope, critical path, integration, schedule, cost, quality, resource, risk, communications, procurement, and stakeholder management. Tools, technologies, and methodologies employed for effective project management are introduced. Students will explore project management case studies from Canadian industries and reflect on the importance of stakeholder involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
