This course introduces students to the use of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics techniques used in the field of marketing. Statistical techniques and data analysis tool, such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau will be used to analyze marketing problems related, but not limited to, customer segmentation, forecasting new product sales, retailing, customer churn, and social media analytics.
