Windows Web Server Administration

This course will focus on distributed computing with emphasis on both the Local Area Network, (LAN), and the Wide Area Network, (WAN), using a GUI Network Operating System. Students will gain theoretical and practical experience in the administration and configuration of current Microsoft Windows Workstation, and Server operating systems. Topics covered will include; the Installation and administration of Windows Server operating system and IIS, ASP.NET, MS SQL. Covers setting up and administrating web server, security, users, database, and more.
