In this 45-hour module you will examine advanced methods for evaluating student performance and teaching effectiveness. You will explore ways to create and maintain a positive atmosphere for the evaluation of student performance. Grading, its significance both in your subject as well as the institution, will be discussed. You will also examine ways in which you can evaluate, formatively and summatively, the performance of your students. A major assignment for this module will be to create a plan for regular ongoing evaluation of both your curriculum or program and your own professional growth.
