In this course students will engage in a comprehensive business simulation where they assume the role of manager and assess decision-making alternatives to compete in international markets. These scenario-based simulations students will make a series of decisions that require consideration of the feasibility of the expansion the target market selection the product and/or service offering pricing production market entry marketing strategies as well as distribution and resource allocation.
