This course is designed to guide students through an exploration of the general principles of conflict and the impact of conflict on the workplace. Students will apply a variety of methods and techniques for resolving conflicts, such as negotiation, mediation, and facilitation. Students will critically reflect on their reactions to conflict and challenge their preconceptions regarding conflict. By exploring conflict in a variety of settings, students learn how to approach conflict in a positive manner that is beneficial personally and professionally.
