This course will allow the student to learn the basics of greenhouse production and become familiar with the impact of light, temperature, air quality, flow and air exchanges, water and humidity on crop growth and production. Students will understand the interaction of these factors, techniques to manipulate them to achieve maximum plant growth, production. This is a lecture/lab-based course.
