In a simulated restaurant environment, participants will have the opportunity to hone their skills as a cook at an intermediate level. Under the guidance of a chef, students will experience working on a line in an open kitchen environment, preparing for and executing a la carte lunch and dinner menu items in a timely manner, and dealing with clients' special requests and needs.
