Relevant work assignments with members, supervised by their immediate superiors, will give students the opportunity to apply their skills and eventually compete for finance-related jobs with more confidence. Although the focus is on the application of vocational skills, attention is also devoted to a wide range of generic skills required for workplace competence:, communication, effective interpersonal skills, and overall accountability.
