Students learn to design physical activity, fitness, and healthy living programs in order to help healthy clients achieve their fitness and health goals. Based on the fundamentals of training and conditioning theory, principles, and techniques students design and implement well-balanced and progressive personalized programs including, when appropriate, each of the components of fitness. This course explores the options available for professional association exams.
