Students will continue to learn industry standards for producing knit samples using industrial machines and methods. Students will have the opportunity to independently design and manufacture a mini collection of women's wear for a specific season, which will be presented to a panel of fashion industry representatives. This course provides the student with the specialized construction techniques required to plan and execute the garments for their personal line. Production quality check-ins will be scheduled throughout the semester. These skills will be combined with project management skills. Students will explore how to be part of a production team and a complete a full sewing production run.
