This course will expose students to the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully plan a catered event. Topics covered will include designing menus, performing room setups, creating Event Service Order forms, and communicating using catering terminology. In addition, students will plan, present and evaluate a catered event, including a theme, programming and design for an event.
