This course commences by reviewing Three Phase Power. The generation of electricity will be discussed to enhance the student's knowledge of the basics of power generation and power distribution. An examination and basics of substations, power line transmission (AC and DC) will be reviewed. Students will gain a theoretical training to learn how power is distributed from the generation of power to the reception of power into our homes and industry.
