This course focuses on contemporary topics and issues that are often experienced or encountered by young people within the criminal justice system in Canada., Emphasis is placed on the topics of child abuse and neglect, domestic violence, sexual abuse, suicide, self-harm, Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, and gender issues.
