Based on direct industry feedback, this course focuses on developing communication workplace skills necessary for a successful career in the hospitality and tourism industry and will prepare students for their intern/externship placements. Emphasis is placed on business etiquette, networking and job search skills, building portfolios, and interview techniques. Students will gain valuable resources as well as confidence in their ability to succeed in the world of hospitality.
