Introduces the learner to the work-group concept. Provides the learner the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills that are fundamental to giving effective presentations. Presentation anxiety, effective listening skills, constructive criticism and being able to identify with your audience are some of the area's which will be covered. Developing the content and selecting an appropriate medium as well as presentation styles will also be covered.
