In this course, students develop a level of understanding of Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code, particularly focusing on the structure, and building envelope of a house. Other portions of the Building Code are also examined, including the role of the Building Official. Successful completion of the optional Ministry of Housing Exam applies towards "Code Certification".
