Employers seeking students from the Zekeleman Schools of Business and Information Technology visited the St. Clair College main campus on Wednesday October 25. The Alumni Hall Lounge was abuzz with discussions about available positions, required skills and qualifications, and graduation dates.
On Wednesday February 7, the Experiential Learning and Career Services Department hosted healthcare employers at the Chatham Campus. In all, 23 employers from the region and beyond had the opportunity to network with students from the following programs:
On Friday, April 5th, the Experiential Learning and Career Services Department hosted Nextstar Energy for an employer day held in the lobby of the Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing. Students had the opportunity to network with professionals from Nexstar Energy to learn about available positions for students in Engineering and Skilled Trade programs.

St. Clair College Student Services and Career Services have partnered to bring a series of workshops to help students learn the communications skills that employers are asking for. Beginning on February 15th, these lunchtime learning labs will happen every Wednesday from 12-1pm and will focus on the students’ interpersonal development and growth.
