Vaccination and Quarantine Update | St. Clair College

As of July 5, 2021, the government of Canada will exempt certain fully vaccinated individuals from the obligation to quarantine.  More information, including information regarding which vaccines have been recognized by the government of Canada, can be found here: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/covid-vaccinated-travellers-entering-canada. As the government will still require a fully vaccinated traveler to present a quarantine plan, you are required to still comply with the departure, arrival, and self-isolation protocols in the St. Clair College Standard Operating Procedure for International Student Arrivals until the government confirms that you qualify for the "fully vaccinated" exemption. The College’s Standard Operating Procedure will be invoked and you will be required to self-isolate as per the Procedure in the event you are not exempted based on proof of vaccination, if you fail the COVID pre-entry test, or if you fail to upload government confirmation of your approved vaccination exemption to the College’s Student Information System for our records as your Designated Learning Institute (DLI).
