Digital Project Management

In this course students will assume the role of project manager for a digital project taking it through each stage of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to project closeout. Students will determine project scope, identify risks, and create a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Students will create a project schedule, plan and estimate project cost, and allocate resources, while learning to combat the most common problems for projects.
