Through the examination of email marketing, delivery process, targeting tactics and social media integration, this course teaches students to use email for mass and personalized marketing purposes. Students will examine lifecycle marketing, consumer segmentation, email deliverability, email copywriting, email design and content elements that drive behaviour, email analytics and optimization. Through active participation in the course, students will learn to recognize market opportunities and differentiate between the various email marketing and delivery mediums to deliver personal, targeted, immediate, actionable and measurable campaigns.
