Great Ideas: Foundations of Philosophy offers a critical overview of some of the major ideas that influence contemporary thought. This course exposes students to important areas of philosophy such as epistemology, metaphysics, political philosophy, and existentialism. Drawn from a variety of primary texts, students will critically engage with the foundational ideas of philosophy.
