This course examines the landlord and tenant relationship and the various types of tenancy arrangements. The course provides particular emphasis on tenancy arrangements that fall under the purview of the Residential Tenancies Act. Through case-based studies and exercises, students gain practical experience in assessing legal disputes arising from the residential tenancy relationship, identifying procedural rules, demonstrating knowledge in regards to process, and drafting legal documents.
