This course provides the student with an introduction to the tools that are essential to start productively using and developing for the Web. The course is divided into two components; (1) "Web Graphics" students will use a popular image-editing program to develop visually rich graphics buttons backgrounds for Web Sites and (2) "Introduction to HTML" students will develop a good understanding of HTML essential for anyone wishing to develop Web sites. Introductory HTML topics include working with text images links navigation and Web design considerations.
