Students continue to develop interpersonal communication skills at an intermediate level. Additional helping skills are examined and demonstrated including monitoring, challenging, goal setting, problem solving, and self-disclosure. Students are provided with numerous opportunities to practice these skills and receive direct feedback from the instructor. Digital recordings are used for skill demonstration.
