Planning for retirement and the rest of one's life is not simply a matter of saving and investing the right amount of money. Government benefits and plans, employer benefits and plans and tax laws all interact with and drive cash flows in retirement. Wills, trusts and family law often play crucial roles in the settling of an estate. This course provides an overview of the major personal, employer and government retirement programs, as well as the legal and tax issues surrounding one's death.
