Secure Vehicle Architecture

This course focuses on developing a secure architecture for embedded systems in Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAVs). Students will learn about data protection technologies in automotive electronic systems, Controller Area Network (CAN bus), Electronic Control Units (ECUs), and Vehicle to Everything (V2X). Students will also learn about control algorithms, software, threat agents, vulnerabilities, and the protection of underlying user and vehicle data from malicious attacks, damage, unauthorized access, or manipulation.
