In this course, students will be learning the fundamental concepts of Vehicle to Everything (V2X) Cybersecurity. Students will examine communication cybersecurity challenges in the field of automobility.V2X communications include Vehicle to Infrastructure (V2I), Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle to Grid (V2G), Vehicle to Pedestrian (V2P), Vehicle to Device (V2D), and Vehicle to Cloud (V2C). Students will learn practical methods to secure communications within the V2X ecosystem in compliance with Transport Canada regulatory standards.
