Project Management For Cybersecurity In Automobility

This course introduces fundamental concepts and best practices of project management methodologies applied to automobility cybersecurity. Students will learn about project management tools, and techniques applicable to waterfall and agile project management. In a simulated workplace environment, students will apply project management skills to balance schedule, budget, quality, and scope constraints. Students will organize their effort by using project management and communication software. Students will develop a risk management plan addressing emerging challenges to automobility cybersecurity, including legal, technical, and compliance risks.
