This course continues to introduce the student to the fundamentals of general chemistry. The student will study solution chemistry, chemical equilibrium, acid and base chemistry and electrochemistry, as well as the associated experiments applicable to these topics. The theoretical aspects of the course will be applied to the solution of practical chemical problems. The laboratory component of this course will allow the student to enhance their laboratory skills through the performance of experiments related to the course subject matter and submission of accurate, logical and comprehensive reports.
