This course deals with the more complicated aspects of the structural requirements and limitations of part 9 buildings. The course does not deal specifically with the design of structural elements. The course addresses the law with respect to permits, OBC, Acts and regulations. Excavation, footing, foundation and structural framing inspections will be discussed and examined. Successful completion of the Ministry of Housing Exam applies towards "Code Certification".
