St. Clair College's new Identity Management System is branded St. Clair One. This will enable St. Clair students and staff to access colleges resources through my.stclaircollege.ca
With St. Clair One Password Management Portal, staff and students can manage their passwords on their own, no need to call the Help Desk! Offered in the portal is change (manage) password, forgot password, passcode (code given via the helpdesk) and set up/modify personal security questions. The features of this new system will not be activated until you have set up your personal security challenge questions by going to the St. Clair ONE Password Management Portal.
On-Campus Computer Access (Windows)
To log in to your college machine use your St. Clair One Username and Password.
If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to click on the "reset password" on the login page and reset your password provided that you have set up your authentication methods. If you have not yet set up your authentication methods, you will need to contact the helpdesk.
An email account will be provided to all St. Clair students and employees. It is the College's official email communication method. Any official electronic correspondence with College students and employees should only be from their college-issued account.
Blackboard
A Blackboard account will be available for students and faculty. When you receive your St. Clair College login information for St. Clair ONE you will be required to activate your account by changing your temporary assigned password. You can accomplish this by logging in to the St. Clair One password management portal.
Office 365
Office 365 allows you to install most of the Office MS tools that you use at the college on up to 5 PCs or Macs and office apps on your mobile devices. This plan also includes 1TB of OneDrive storage which is managed by the college.
In addition to the Office cloud apps and One Drive already available to our students, Office 365 for Students includes Office 365 ProPlus which will allow students to install most of the MS Office tools that you use at the college on up to 5 PC's or Mac and office apps on your mobile devices.
