mySt.Clair is St. Clair College’s Staff, Faculty, and Student portal. It brings together many of the colleges existing online services into a central location, making it easier to find and access college resources you need most here at the college.

You can find mySt.Clair by visiting my.stclaircollege.ca or you by selecting the icon mySt.Clair located on the main college website.

You will need your St. Clair ONE username and claim code to create your initial password for logging into mySt.Clair. These details were emailed to your personal/home email address.

If you cannot find your username or claim code, please check your spam or junk folder for an email from stclairone@stclaircollege.ca with the subject line: Please Claim Your Account.

If you have already set your initial password but have forgotten it, please refer to the FAQ: How do I reset my password if I forget it?

If you have set up your self-service password reset (SSPR), you can reset your password by going to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/ entering your account information and following the verification steps to reset your password.
