This course describes the importance of online communication methods and how each method is utilized for various target markets and how these methods rely on an integrated communication process. The purpose of this course is to highlight the importance of professional corporate communication methods internally and externally. The course will have students evaluate various communication functions and investigate the methods used by successful tourism business to engage the appropriate audience, create relationships and gain a competitive advantage. As a result, students will be able to determine objectives and formulate strategies that are important to a successful online communication plan.
