This course is designed to enhance precision machining theory and practice thereby increasing the student's ability to machine complex components. Machining operations will include trepanning, form cutting, tool post grinding, additional complex milling operations, internal and tool and cutter grinding. Use of the optical comparator in measuring operations is emphasized.
